National Timber Partners, LLC (NTP) is active in the timber investment management organization (TIMO) business with a full compliment of timber management activities. NTP creates a distinct strategic advantage by providing an attractive source of inventory and flow of potential acquisition and development opportunities.

Aside from offering timber management, the company owns and manages its own 23,000 acres of rural timberland that it will harvest and, if the opportunity exists, will transform sections into residential parcels.

National Timber Partners is acutely sensitive to the relationship between timber harvesting and the environment, which is why we practice sustainable forest management. NTP has also cultivated strong relationships with the Nature Conservancy and Audubon Society, working to preserve sites of historic or environmental significance. Years of land experience and environmental awareness has taught us the importance of accumulating natural resource rights in the forms of water, oil, gas and minerals.
